Lifecycle Marketing Director
Overview:
Two Barrels is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Director. It’s a traditional employee role with company benefits and we need you to be in Spokane, WA working closely with our teams.
In this role, your focus will be on customer loyalty and developing customer retention strategies from the ground up. Not only will you be thinking strategically on how to get customers to come back, you’ll also be launching programs to get existing customers to become fully entrenched in the company and its products. You must be able to use your own insights and make educated guesses as a leader, which includes taking leaps. You must be willing to test and iterate until you get something right and find the lever that works, the one that makes the needle move.
The goal here is to make sure our clients don’t forget about us in all the noise out there.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a start-to-finish client experience
- Build out customer segmentation to put the right offers in front of the right clients to effectively engage our customers and help solve their problems
- Collaborate with Product Teams to create a customer onboarding plan and total interaction plan
- Increase LTV, expand NRR and reduce churn
- Utilize a variety of tools and platforms (email, mail, newsletter, social) to communicate and re-engage with customers
- Focus on strategies that drive re-engagement
- Help create customer programs for loyalty, referral, and customer relationship management
- Develop necessary tracking and metrics to communicate progress with stakeholders
- Focus on testing and iteration - optimizing is your jam
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or similar, or relevant experience
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing to existing clients/CRM marketing, etc
- Demonstrated experience connecting a company to its customers
- Experience determining and reporting on the metrics that matter - prove how you have moved the needle
- Must have experience with reactivating clients
- Know how to build massive email campaigns for clients from scratch
- Knowledge of direct mail, it’s value, and how to make it convert
- Experience in a business with a portfolio of products
- Experience working with CRM data
- Advanced knowledge of churn reduction tactics and experience implementing them to save accounts from churning
- You live in the Spokane, WA area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be familiar with training unicorns
