Mac Desktop Support

Overview:

Two Barrels is hiring a Mac Desktop Support position for $19/hour. You will be a traditional company employee. This is a full time 40 hour/week, Monday – Friday day shift position that requires on-site work and comes with company benefits.

The Mac Desktop Support position is a crucial part of our team and will be the first point of contact for incoming questions and issues related to our Mac users and their systems. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot technical problems associated with Mac computers
• Provide end-user assistance
• Setting up new Mac employee workstations
• Tracking Mac equipment inventory
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, upgrade Mac hardware and software systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• Passion for IT
• Eager to learn
• High interpersonal skills
• Previous Mac desktop support
• Ability to communicate well verbally and written
• Previous experience with network devices preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Linux
